Busy days can involve multiple clients, room turnover, cleaning, client care, and check-in/check-out responsibilities. How do you manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service and attention to detail?

This role requires strong scheduling and coordination skills, manage appointments, room assignments, therapist schedules, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth client experience. How do you keep operations running smoothly during busy periods?
